Army Chief, DG ISI visit Kabul after Peshawar Attack


RAWALPINDI (Web Desk) – A day after cowardly attack by terrorists on a school in Peshawar, Army Chief General Raheel Sharif visited Kabul on Wednesday to discuss the alleged sanctuaries for the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Afghanistan.
The Army Chief accompanied by DG ISI will meet top Afghan military and political leadership during his special visit.
During the meeting, General Raheel Sharif is expected to discuss a joint military operation by the Pakistani and Afghan forces against handlers of the Peshawar massacre that left 132 students and nine school staff members dead.
Army Chief will also ask the Afghan authorities to handover TTP chief Mullah Fazalullah, who is wanted for terrorism cases in Pakistan.
