LAHORE: Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique has said that Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan’s favour for the judges changes with the seasons. He said that Imran Khan and his companions are nothing but forgers. PTI candidate Hamid Khan got 50 Presiding Officers (PROs) changed in NA-125 just a couple of days before the elections.
Holding a press conference in Lahore on Sunday, Saad Rafique said that PTI won on all the 5 polling stations where additional votes have shown to be cast. He said that media deliberately concealed the fact that it was PTI who had benefited at all these polling stations. He said that he and his lawyer Ushtar Ausaaf Ali have decided to follow the finger-prints and catch the persons who had cast multiple votes.
“The problem with Imran Khan is that Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) government is working for the betterment of Pakistan and it is finally moving towards resolution of energy crisis. Imran Khan’s problem is that petroleum prices and energy prices in the country are coming down. Imran Khan forced Chinese president to postpone his Pakistan visit and Qatar’s Emir cancelled his visit. Both these rulers were bringing investment to Pakistan worth billions of dollars”, said Rafique.
Saad Rafique said that Imran Khan must hold his tongue so that a favourable environment can be made for talks. “People like Sheikh Rashid are enough for Imran Khan who change their leaders every four years”, he said.
Railways Minister said that he is waiting for the decision by election tribunal. His lawyer, Ushtar Ausaaf Ali, said on this occasion that NADRA’s report is a 4-page report and it does not mention fake votes.
