LAHORE – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is all set to try its ‘Plan C’ in Lahore with the strategy it finalized on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
According to the details, the administration is also ready to deal with the situation. The educational institutions will open as usual and the Metrobus service will also be open.
However, Punjab University postponed semester exams scheduled for Monday.
PTI will stage sit-in protests at 18 points in Lahore and Imran Khan will address the workers at a few of those locations.
Other central leaders will also be in the city to join the protest. PTI Lahore president Abdul Aleem Khan said that there will be no damaging of the properties in Lahore protest and that ambulances, judges, doctors and media will be given way.
Some private schools have also announced a day off keeping in view the inconvenience of the students and parents.
The session of Punjab Assembly will also take place on Tuesday instead of Monday.
Meanwhile, all Punjab Civil Secretariat employees have been directed to reach to their places of work at 7am instead of usual 8am time.
A faction of traders have also appealed to keep the businesses shut fearing the loss to the property.
